Prices include:

• consumption of water, heating, electricity, VAT, final cleaning (the kitchenette is not included, we kindly ask you to leave it clean and free of garbage), bed linen, towels, tablecloth and 2 tea towels.
• One parking space per apartment.

Prices do not include:

• the tourist tax of € 1,00 per day per person over 10 years of age, for a maximum of 7 days that must be paid in cash directly at the facility.
• Cleaning of the kitchenette € 70,00 per apartment.

The reservation is considered binding following the crediting of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation by credit card or bank transfer to:

In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded.

Terms of payment:

The outstanding balance can be paid:

• in cash for total amounts of less than € 2000.00 within the day before departure;
• by bank transfer (in this case the balance of the stay must be made before your arrival);
• by credit card or debit card within the day before departure.

Cancellation conditions:

From the 14th to the 8th day before the arrival date, payment of 70% of the booking amount;

From the 7th day before the date of arrival, payment of the full amount of the reservation;

For late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or unoccupied beds, the price will be calculated as resulting from the booking.

Arrivals and departures:

Check-infrom 4:00PM to 7:00PM (after 7:00PM only with advance notice and after 8:00PM supplement of € 20.00 - in any case NOT after 9:00PM).

Check-outbetween 8:30AM and 10:00AM

Animals:

NO Pets of ANY size are allowed.

No smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
